Can you stop the leak as well?
Yes — in many cases we can carry out basic leak-finding and minor repairs (e.g., traps/wastes, taps, toilets, simple pipework). If it needs a specialist (e.g., hidden pipework, roofing, or more complex plumbing), we’ll tell you straight away and can still handle the making good once it’s resolved.
Can you do it if the leak is still active?
No — making good will fail if moisture is still present. If you’re unsure whether it’s fully stopped/dry, tell us and we’ll advise the next steps
Will it match the existing paint?
We’ll match as closely as possible. For the cleanest finish, repainting the full wall/ceiling is recommended.
How soon can you attend?
Same-week where possible. Drying time may affect timing.
