Property & job info: service address, access notes, photos/videos, descriptions, quotes, invoices.
Comms: emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, call notes.

Marketing prefs & reviews.

3) How we collect it

Directly from you (forms, WhatsApp, phone, email), from your agents/landlords/tenants, through our website (Wix), and our job system (Jobber/Client Hub).

4) Why we use it (lawful bases)

To provide services & manage bookings (contract).
To send estimates, reports & invoices (contract/legal obligation).
To improve and protect our services (legitimate interests).
To send review requests or updates you opted into (consent/legitimate interests).
For compliance (tax, legal requests, insurance) (legal obligation).

5) Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We share only as needed with:

Service providers/processors: website host (Wix), job system (Jobber), email/IT (e.g., Google/Microsoft), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), payments, communications (WhatsApp), cloud storage, and subcontractors strictly for your job.
Specialist contractors (e.g., Gas Safe/electrical testing) where you instruct us to arrange.
Within our business and, if created in future, the Brixmont Group of companies for administration and service delivery under appropriate safeguards.
Legal/insurance where required (e.g., HMRC, law enforcement, insurers, professional advisers).

6) International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK (e.g., EEA/US/Canada). We use approved safeguards (UK Addendum to EU SCCs/IDTA or adequacy decisions).

7) How long we keep it

Job/financial records: 6 years from invoice (tax/limitation).
Photos/reports: generally 6 years (warranty/records).
Messages: typically 2 years.
Marketing preferences: until you opt out.

We may keep minimal data beyond these periods where legally required or to establish/defend legal claims.

8) Your rights

9) Marketing

We’ll only send marketing with your consent (or to existing clients under soft opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time.
