Fixed-First Pricing. Predictable Costs. Professional Property Maintenance You Can Rely On.
Straightforward, transparent pricing that keeps jobs predictable and avoids the typical trade guesswork.
You’ll always know the cost before work begins.
How Our Pricing Works
We use a fixed-first pricing model for almost all repairs and maintenance work.
You send a request → we review the details → we confirm a clear, fixed price before booking.
This means:
-
predictable cost
-
no hourly billing
-
no open-ended time on site
-
no hidden extras
-
no pressure, no chasing
If additional work is required, we explain it clearly and confirm pricing upfront.
Call-Out — Minimum Charge
Our call-out is the minimum charge for any visit.
It covers attendance, assessment, and completing the first task where possible.
Most clients never pay more than the minimum for simple repairs — if it’s straightforward and safe to complete, we’ll confirm the fixed price and get it sorted on the same visit.
Call-Out Rates
-
General Repairs & Handyman — £85 minimum charge
-
Plumbing, Heating & Electrical — £90 minimum charge
If further tasks or materials are needed, we confirm this before continuing.
Straightforward, predictable, no surprises.
